During my stay, the atmosphere was warm and inviting thanks to the friendly and multilingual staff. The room I stayed in had a private balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains, making every morning a delight. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, ensuring even as a vegetarian, I found ample delicious choices to start my day.
The shower cubicles were quite small, which could be slightly uncomfortable during use.

The mini bus service is a real bonus, making it easy to get into town or to the slopes without needing to hike back in ski boots after a long day. The comfortable rooms offer great mountain views, and the après-ski atmosphere provides a nice touch for winding down in the evenings.
Breakfast felt rushed with long queues at times, and I wished the buffet opened earlier to accommodate those heading out for early ski lessons. There were some complaints about the small shower cubicles which made for an uncomfortable experience, and the heating system was noisy in various rooms, which disrupted sleep. I noticed the décor could really use an update. it felt a bit dated in some areas. A convenience would have been an earlier breakfast start or a water dispenser in the dining area, which would make stays a bit smoother.

Had a braw time! Gigi was an absolute legend shuttling us to the slopes on demand, making everything easy-peasy. The mountain views from our room were pure magic! Just wish the shower was a bit roomier, but that didn't spoil our fun. Will definitely return!

Amazing service with a cozy vibe
We just had the best time on our ski trip! The mini bus service was fantastic—Gigi was super quick to pick us up and drop us off, which made getting to the slopes so easy. The food was incredible, too. we enjoyed hearty meals with plenty of options, and breakfast had everything we needed to fuel up for our days on the mountain. The only thing I'd change would be to update the room decor—it felt a tad dated but didn't detract much from our experience.
